Asian Women with Post
Natal Depression Group therapy and complementary
therapies such as reflexology and baby massage for Asian women
with babies no older than two years of age, experiencing mild
to moderate depression following childbirth.
A limited number of creche places are
available for older children. This service is offered on
Tuesdays between 9.30am - 11.30am (term time only) at:

UMEED
(HOPE) UMEED is an ongoing support for women who
have been to one to one, couple or family counselling with
AFCS/PCT. This group is theme based on, ‘RELATIONSHIPS'
and will run for 6 consecutive weeks.
This group is held on Fridays between 10 am
to 12 noon at the Asian Family Counselling Service
The group takes a holistic approach to mind,
body and spirit. This group is facilitated by Gopi Aswani.
Asian Women's Mental
Health support group The group meets twice a month
term time to provide coping skills to deal with emotional
dilemmas. These are women who have been through one to one
counselling at AFCS and need further support to develop their
own networks. This service is offered as part of the Roshni
Project.
THIS GROUP IS AVAILABLE TO EALING BOROUGH
RESIDENTS ONLY.
Referrals can be made directly, or by
doctors, social workers, solicitors or religious leaders.
